Pacific Technology Oversight was created to solve that problem.
After years of working in business systems, performance frameworks, and public‑sector strategy, I saw the same pattern across organizations of every size:
Technology decisions are being made without the governance, oversight, or strategic alignment needed to protect the business and support long‑term goals.
Most small organizations have an MSP for support.
Few have a technology governance function.
